Our Mission
We shorten the distance between pain and possibility. Through somatic education rooted in the B.L.U.E. Method—alongside practices such as martial arts, movement, and yoga—we empower individuals to reclaim their healing, restore trust in their bodies, and regenerate the human spirit—one breath, one body, one moment at a time.

Our Vision
We envision a world where healing is embodied, not outsourced—where veterans and families are equipped with practical tools to navigate trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and restore wholeness. Through the B.L.U.E. Method and complementary practices such as martial arts, movement, and yoga, we are shifting the culture of care—from managing symptoms to regenerating the human spirit. As individuals reclaim stability, they become a resource for their homes, units, and communities—spreading change from the inside out

He served with the 379th Expeditionary Aero-Medical Evacuation Squadron with deployments to the Southwest Asia theatre of operation (Iraq, Afghanistan, K2 Uzbekistan, Djibouti, Africa and Kuwait). His 43-year background in martial arts and movement-based disciplines, combined with a deep personal commitment to trauma recovery, supports his grounded and empowering approach. He helps veterans reconnect with their bodies as resilient and responsive—building capacity for emotional and energetic integrity.

Dee Kinsey is the co-creator and developer of The B.L.U.E. Method, shaped through years of deep somatic practice, facilitation, and lived integration. The framework was born from her own healing journey—fueled by curiosity, necessity, and decades of direct work with the body, energy, and nervous system. A certified yoga teacher, Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, and program strategist with a background in corporate leadership and experiential learning, Dee bridges the space between transformational healing and real-life application. Dee leads curriculum design and facilitation across all demographic tracks, mentors facilitators, and supports individualized integration through 1:1 work. She has successfully delivered this content to private-sector audiences in both workshop and hybrid retreat formats, refining its accessibility and impact for a range of lived experiences. Her work invites participants to move from survival to self-leadership, reclaiming presence, agency, and trust in their own body’s wisdom.
